This notice covers the website servlore.com, e-mail exchanged with us, and the business contacts we write to. The ServLore application has its own privacy notice, shown inside the application.

2. Visiting this website

Our host, Cloudflare, processes the connection data your browser sends (IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system) to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no profiles of visitors. The site sets no cookies of its own and loads no fonts, scripts or trackers from third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website and in knowing which pages are read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. When you write to us

When you e-mail us, for example to request a pilot, we process your name, e-mail address, company and whatever you write, to answer you and to discuss a pilot or a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries). We delete the correspondence at the latest 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract or a legal duty requires us to keep it longer.

4. When we write to you first

We look for people responsible for service, after-sales, maintenance or technical documentation at machine builders and other companies with field technicians, and we write to some of them, one at a time, to ask whether ServLore could help their work. If we wrote to you, this section applies.

• Data: your name, job title, company, business e-mail address, your company's country and the context in which we found you.
• Sources: your company's own website, trade fair exhibitor directories, member lists of trade associations and clusters, conference speaker lists, public business registers and professional networks such as LinkedIn. Our first e-mail tells you where we found your address.
• Purpose and legal basis: to introduce ServLore and ask whether you would like a pilot. This is our legitimate interest in telling businesses about a product relevant to their work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for professional contact data, article 19 of Spain's Organic Law 3/2018.
• Retention: if you do not reply, we delete your data at the latest 12 months after our last message. If you object, we keep only your e-mail address on a suppression list, so that we never write to you again.

Your right to object. You can object at any time to our use of your data for this purpose. Reply "no" to our e-mail or write to [email protected], and we stop at once.

5. Recipients and transfers

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and provides the visit statistics. The transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses.
• Zoho Corporation B.V. (Netherlands) hosts our e-mail in its data centres in the EU.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable form and to object to its processing. Write to [email protected] for any request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos atwww.aepd.es or with the authority where you live or work.
